If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site. If returned after 7 days and before 30 days of receiving items, return will be in exchange of store credit. No returns accepted after 30 days.
Any merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Pre-Orders can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Accessories are final sale. Holiday Sales are final sale- including Black Friday deals and sales above 20% off. All items ending in .99 are final sale. All original tags must be attached.
You will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
To return, Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return!
Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.).

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days to process your return and store credit.You will receive your refund (amount of purchase) back to the original card used at time of purchase. For returns after 7 days, you will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
